About the Master Touch Duo:

The Master Touch Duo features two lifelong musicians, Lenny Dedman (vocals & flute) and Rei Williams (keyboards & piano). First meeting as childhood friends with a shared passion for music, the duo spent decades developing their craft across the globe—Lenny touring Europe and Rei performing throughout Asia. After 40 years apart, they reconnected and realized they were playing the exact same legendary repertoire. Today, they bring the layered, full sound of a complete band to every performance.

What We Play

With an expansive repertoire of nearly 3,000 songs, the duo delivers classic standards, Great American Songbook selections, Motown, and Pop hits spanning the 1920s through the 1960s.

The Live Experience

Performances feature a mix of soulful, crowd-pleasing vocals, virtuoso jazz flute solos, and masterfully crafted piano arrangements. Every set is interactive, warm, and built around audience requests.

Lenny Dedman

• Multilingual Vocalist & Multi-Instrumentalist: Performs in English, Spanish, and French, specializing in Jazz and Latin classics on Jazz Flute and Saxophones.
  
• International Experience: Toured extensively across Europe and Latin America from the 1990s to the present.
  
• 40+ Years of Performance: Decades of experience playing concerts, clubs, restaurants, and private events.
  

Rei (Ray) Williams

• U.S. Army Band Veteran (1974–1977): Performed along the West Coast with the 6th Army Band.
  
• International Residencies: Played 5 years in premier venues across Hong Kong (1981–1986), alongside engagements in South Korea throughout the 1990s.
  
• Cruise & Specialty Entertainment: Performed jazz standards, tea-time music, and boarding entertainment for Princess Cruise Lines (1987).
  

Duo Milestones & Legacy

• Origins: First played together as kids in Los Angeles before joining a community jazz band (1970–1974). Formed The MasterTouch Duo in 2015 and released their debut album in 2017.
  
• 10-Year Anniversary: Celebrated a decade together in 2025, regularly performing at restaurants, Cuban venues, cultural events, senior communities, private parties, and holiday celebrations across Los Angeles and Palmdale.
